With miles of beautiful beaches open to the public throughout the year, Suffolk, United Kingdom, is a great place for a stroll along the coast with lazy family. Suffolk coast are famous dog friendly, and there is never a dog beach too far using one of the many coastal villages in the area. Below are the guidance latest date to take your dog for a day at the beach (May 2008). First, the good news - from October to April, there are no dog restrictions force in Suffolk, and you can feel free for the family pet to any stretch of beach you like. However, there are restrictions during the summer on some beaches, so a town on a city list of restrictions from May 1 until September 30 follows.

Aldeburgh

Although the main beach is limited, it is not a mile of beach for dogs to use only for northern Aldburgh is well marked, and extends from the Wentworth Hotel Thorpeness.

Felixstowe

While the main beach of Felixstowe has dog restrictions in place from May to September, there are beaches dog friends on both sides of the restricted zone, ranging from Spa Pavilion Wheeler Road. These areas are well marked and easy to detect.

Dunwich

With the beautiful National Trust site of Dunwich Heath, and the dog friendly beach almost all year, Dunwich makes a fantastic day. Be warned, however, that Dunwich is the home to a nesting site for birds, and there are occasional restrictions on dogs during the nesting season. Lowestoft

While Lowestoft does have restrictions on the beach and the Pavilion of the city, near Gunton Denes is the dog friendly, and is signposted from the B1385, north of Lowestoft. For information on the beaches of Lowestoft, please contact the Tourist Information Centre on 01502 533 600.

Sizewell

Tucked between Dunwich and Thorpeness, Sizewell beach offers exceptional costs which are not restricted to dogs all year round. A perfect middle ground for walk north or south of Dunwich Thorpeness a.

Southwold

One of the most famous beaches in Suffolk, Southwold is a fantastic day for the family. The main beaches of Southwold have pet restrictions in place throughout the year, however Southwold Benes, north of the main beach, is the dog to use. Simply follow the A1095 from Southwold Denes. Southwold is also home to the Latitude Festival.

Walberswick

This picture people coastal vacation home is perfect for many British celebrities, as well as annual host ot Championship August 10 crabs each. It is also completely dog friendly Pet Restrictions not in place.
